CATTLE GRAZING SCHEME
"With Rathkeale College being located in the heartland of a rural area with a strong old boy connection, and current players base there is an opportunity to create rural and urban partnerships within a cattle grazing scheme".
1. Farmer to provide stock: The stock will be valued on farm and the profit margin from it's current market value to it's end value (store or prime) will be contributed to the RCRC.
2. RCRC purchases farmers stock: The stock will be valued on farm and purchased by RCRC. the farmer will continue to graze and the profit margin from it's purchase price to it's end value (store or prime) will be contributed to the RCRC.
3. RCRC purchases stock: A line of cattle to suit will be financed by the RCRC then will be placed out onto the farms.
4. Donations: The option to donate a whole or a portion of a beasts kill value to the RCRC will be available.
All cartage will be paid for by the RCRC.
Animal health costs are the graziers.
All donations are tax deductible
Whilst grazing animals you will receive free membership to the RCRC ($100/yr)
Your contribution will be acknowledged all rugby and social occasions.
